We have two levels of service to appeal to those who do not like the internet and would prefer to do everything personally by phone and those who are happy to input information themselves and make the service more cost effective in the process.
Phone Service
Go to ‘Start the Process Now’ and pay the full price for the number of LPA’s you require, we will call you and take all of the information we need from you over the phone and your payment. We will then populate all of the forms for the Office of Public Guardian and then send you out the forms to sign off. You then return the forms to us in the prepaid business envelope and we send then off to the Office of Public Guardian after one last professional scrutiny.
Internet Service
You pay and then you are redirected to a client area where you will populate all of the forms regarding the Donor(s), Attorney(s) & Certificate Provider, then we send you out the forms to sign off. You then return the forms to us in the prepaid business envelope and we send then off to the Office of Public Guardian after one last professional scrutiny.
Office of Public Guardian Fees
Please Note: Our fees do not include the registration fees for the Office of Public Guardian, this is because the OPG can alter those fees at anytime and some people who are in receipt of certain benefits may get a reduced fee or exempt fees, if you think that you may qualify, let us know at the time when we contact you about OPG payment and we can let you know.
